So i want to perform a self-enema...?!

Question: So i want to perform a self-enema...?
I want to know the risks and benefits. I know it can clear up constipation (which i have chronically) and stuff like that, but it sounds like it might be risky. I want to know what.. uh, household objects can be used... and stuff. and if there is any abdominal distension normally (like it's shown in the enema-fetish-hentai-drawings). also, what about filling up the uterus with water, if the cervix is dilated? what would happen then?

if you must know, I think i have a fetish for this... this abdominal expansion, and being filled up with liquid. and yes, I'm from 4chan, where i came across (literally) a thread on enemas on /d/, where i got some information, but not really enough. i want answers from people with medical experience or who have had enemas themselves.

From Wikipedia:

"Precautions

Improper administration of an enema may cause electrolyte imbalance (with repeated enemas) or ruptures to the bowel or rectal tissues resulting in internal bleeding. However, these occurrences are rare in healthy, sober adults. Internal bleeding or rupture may leave the individual exposed to infections from intestinal bacteria. Blood resulting from tears in the colon may not always be visible, but can be distinguished if the feces are unusually dark or have a red hue. If intestinal rupture is suspected, medical assistance should be obtained immediately.[16]

The enema tube and solution may stimulate the vagus nerve, which triggers an arrhythmia such as bradycardia. Enemas should not be used if there is an undiagnosed abdominal pain since the peristalsis of the bowel can cause an inflamed appendix to rupture.

Colonic irrigation should not be used in people with diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, severe or internal hemorrhoids or tumors in the rectum or colon. It also should not be used soon after bowel surgery (unless directed by one's health care provider). Regular treatments should be avoided by people with heart disease or renal failure. Colonics are inappropriate for people with bowel, rectal or anal pathologies where the pathology contributes to the risk of bowel perforation.[17]

Recent research has shown that ozone water, which is sometimes used in enemas, can immediately cause microscopic colitis.[18]"

self-enema for constipation is the temporary solution, eat lot of fiber food, avoid non veg avoid fried food.

Don't worry - an enema is unlikely to cause any injuries, and it certainly won't cause any digestive problems. So long as you use the correct solutions and the correct equipment, it's a safer constipation treatment than any oral laxative - because it doesn't have to irritate its way all along the intestine, it's less "addictive".

Some instructions based on e-how.com (paraphrased):

1
Mix 1 or 2 liters warm water (see how big the enema bag is) with a mild soap solution. Or use plain warm water.

2
Lubricate the tube end with a water-soluble lubricant.

?3
Insert the end of the tube gently into the rectum, about 4 to 6 inches.

?4
Slowly allow the solution to flow into the rectum. A slow flow helps minimize discomfort.

?5
Slow the enema or stop it if the person complains of cramps. Once cramping ceases, continue enema.

?6
Remove tube when bag is empty.

?7
Instruct the person to try to wait three minutes before moving bowels. This will give the best results.
