Hey idiot, until you learn how to read the dosage right, skip the pills.

That pill has 500mg of tylonal, NOT 500mg of the narcotic you are looking to get out of it. We have no idea what the narcotic dosage is because you havent posted that part of it. And btw, 500mg of the narcotic in vicodin would kill you.

Here is another hint.... most narcotic rx'es are narcotic at normal, pharmaceutical doses. I would suggest taking one and waiting a full 6-8 hours to know the effects before trying two.




Edit.... is it actually vicodin? I have seen hydrocodone come in several different doses on the codeine with 500mg of tylonal, and by this point vicodin is a term like kleenex, on the street, describing any pill with the tylonal codeine combo.

You will have 5mg of codeine and 500mg of Tylenol.this what is in a vicodin. You will have a little euphoria-then get sleepy, kinda like 2-3beers.

Vicodin is still on the market because it handles pain well. If you have pain, it will take care of it. If not, you will get a little high.

After trying it, try not to use again unless you have actual pain.....

Jesus. every answer on here is completely useless. you have a 5 mg hydro, not 500. don't sweat it, common mistake when ppl are new to something. take 2 and you'll feel a strong opiate buzz. now that I helped I get to rant. Let me tell you I was exactly like you. drank and smoked bud. then he'll broke loose bc I did hydro, then percs and oxycontin. then benzos. just bc I wanted to "try it once". got caught in school during an investigation. wore the orange and now I'm on probation, have to see a psychiatrist, and take drug classes every Saturday. somehow I managed to not get expelled from school(12th grade). my point is, is. It's not worth it, not evone gets as lucky as i have. just put it down and get you some og kush. And blaze.
