And for n,n-DMT (the one you're talking about) it is illegal and you have to extract it yourself, but you could instead buy the syrian rue and mimosa hostilis bark in powder or you can grind it up and just drink it, it's called Ayahuasca and it's a longer trip in which you'll be able to be more aware of. I think the Ayahuasca would be better, I would say 3-10 grams or syrian rue and 1 oz of mimosa hostilis would do it, but it depends on the person.
