Is expired medicine and food bad for you?!


Question: Is expired medicine and food bad for you?
I have some melatonin and it expired December for 2009. Is it bad to use? and I have some peanut butter that expired yesterday. It smells fine but it is safe to eat?

Don't take any expired medicine at all.
but you can have your peanut butter that expired yesterday. That wont be any problem.
