A sudoko a day keeps the doctor at bay!!!! also omega 3 is very good for the brain.



My brain works the technical way. I work at an apple tech support call centre and I noticed since I started working there that my mind changed ALOT. I think more clear, quicker, and I actually feel like I'm smart. Riddells and other mind games that used to throw me off seem to be wayyyyy easier. I don't know maybe just excersizing the certain part of your brain that you are good with will help your brain out or something?



recently discovered that walking helps improve brain functioning and memory. and omega 3 fatty acids. as in fish oil or flax seeds. also using your brain to figure out things is good.



Anything that actually makes you think. I here the nintendo ds has a game for keeping your mind sharp.
