Was this against the law?!

Question: Was this against the law?
I was on a school trip (I'm 14) and had a headache, when we stopped off at a service station I bought a pack of 'Anidan' pain killers from WHSmith (headache is it says on the pack) so I took 2 of them and when we got back on the minibus I looked at the pack it it said not to be suppied or taken to people under 16.

I don't look older then I am, if anything a bit younger.

Was this against the law for the person to sell them to me?

Not a problem. That was a statement by the manufacturer. It is a suggestion, not a law.

Probably not, but if aspirin is one of the active ingredients, I recommend you stop taking it.
