The advice I received from a Naturopath was 20 minutes before eating. The probiotic he gave me was a powder requiring refrigeration. It worked very well.



The only time specification I suggest is that, if you are taking it because you're on antibiotics, that you take it as far away timewise from the antibiotic, so that the antibiotic doesn't kill off the 'good bugs' you're taking it for.

doesn't matter, but if you take it with anything that contains white cane sugar, it will not work right. So take it when you don't eat any sugar! With milk is good.
