Have you ever used a neti pot?!

Question: Have you ever used a neti pot?

I just tried using one. Is the solution suppose to come out your ear? A little bit did and now my head kinda hurts...Is this normal? How do these things work? A little help please. ;)

I use one a couple times a week, and no it is not supposed to come out your ear..can you post a video on you tube...I'd like to see that
