If its what Im thinking of, then no cause its not really the same thing.. its thicker and not meant for inhaling

The thin papers in the bible work better or empty the tobacco out of a cigarette & refill it w/ the smoking material of your choice. Or you can wrap tinfoil around a wooden spoon handle then pull the spoon handle out almost all the way. Leave the handle in just enough to form a bowl then bend the foil w/the handle still in it. Bend it just enough to make an elbow. The crimp in the foil elbow should keep the ashes out of your mouth. I only recomend the use of legal substances & by no way am I promoting the use of illegal substances.

Oh ya, back in the day we never used papers we used newspaper and vinyl sleeves. double em up for extra flavor.
its like that old song "nothing adds better flavor to weed than record sleeves"
Smoke tuff buddy

Maybe the really thin ones. But it is so easy to make a pipe out of an empty soda can or an apple that you should probably not inhale something not meant to be smoked.
