Are there any vitamins that if you overdoese on it makes your nose bleed?!

My son gets nose bleeds a lot when he takes his vitamins. Sometimes I forget for awhile and then remember and he starts getting them again. That is why I think they are the vitamins. He never had any nose bleeds before he started taking them
