Question: Help? First user to Chloreseptic spray?
I don't get their instructions. They say to leave it for 15 seconds after you spray then spit it out- but how do I spit it out if it's sprayed to the back of my throat?

Just swallow it it won't hurt u. I've been using it since I was a kid
Just spit out what you can, my scientist friend also says it won't hurt to swallow it, but spit out any excess, if you are using it for a tickle, keep it with you all the time...just in case you need it!
