What is a safe, legal, smoke-able substance to get high from?!

There is stuff called spice that you can get at a local tobacco store that will get you high. Salvia is also another option too, but I don't have experiance with either I hope I helped

Salvia. I don't like it though, it feels gross i think. I like my weed, and contrary to popular belief it's perfectly safe.

Spice. One hit and your high as ****. I had Armageddon and it was amazing. and it's legal.

Safe and high cannot describe the same thing.
