No they dont take it out they do the opposite. By reaching a temperature to evaporate the THC but not the other components.
There for the "carcinogens" are left behind.
And for the record most the unpleasant chemicals come from tobacco.
As stated in the first post, the point is to stay below the temperature of combustion, remove the active ingredient, but not burn the plant materials, tars, etc. It is healthier , tastes incredibly great and has a stronger effect, because it more efficiently delivers the active ingredient.
Most online vaporizer retailers only sell knockoffs of the Original, and most of them suck, especially the plastic ones, which reek of burning plastic. Cheap vaporizers run too hot, but can't keep the temperature during usage, and fail without the possibility of repair. Digital displays, while very cool looking, don't really tell the temperature accurately, and usually the ones with digital displays are some of the cheapest made, and have the crappiest electrics.
Once you figure out the method, it's really easy to adjust your inhale to change how light or heavy your want. Youtube has a bunch of tutorials, just search by brand name.
