Question: What's a natural sleping agent herb or food?
I have fibro myalsia n chronic fatigue michigan weather play havic on my body! What can i use food or herb that can naturaly aide in my sleeping please let me know thanx gospellover3

Tryptophan and Kava Kava are the best for sleep. St. John's Wort and Dandelion can be added to smooth one's mood a bit, which also helps with sleep.



The herb Gotu kola might help. It has a stimulative effect on the central nervous system plus it is also used to ease insomnia. Ginger might help with any pain and it is a warming herb. B vitamins might also boost your energy levels. Keep warm in the cold....use a hot water bottle as necessary and layer up with clothing.

If you are on any prescriberd medications however, you will need to talk to your GP or pharmacist first before taking any herbs therapeutically.

Take 2 3mg Melatonin 30 minutes before you lay your head down.
Luckily, you are in a Medical Marijuana state and you absolutely qualify.
Find a club that tests their cannabis.
You are looking for a high CBD strain.
Because it is high CBD it will be low THC.

Weed helps you sleep, but sometimes if you smoke every night for a couple weeks and then stop then the next couple nights you might have more trouble falling asleep

Get melatonin...it's cheap (less than ten dollars). I take two @ night instead of one & notice a huge difference in my quality of sleep! I've been taking it for 4 weeks now :)
