Question: What kind of illegal drugs can numb me out?
This is long but please read.
I was adopted and I am now 20.
My adopted mom was very cruel to me and adopted dad (who is very nice) was never home because he worked in another state. She used to call me and my adopted dad names, hit me, and even knocked me out. When my adopted dad was home she kicked us out and they fought a lot. I can't watch "Mommy Dearest" without crying because I know exactly how it feels. Now she only calls me names and plays mind games and twists my words. I KNOW im 20! But I feel powerless because she controlled everything since I was brought here!
When I met my biological big sister she and i were playing the "Im not touching you" game and my adopted mom grabbed my arm and said "Stop it". I used to wish my sister would come home with me I even wrote it on my Christmas wish lists, I missed her so bad all those years. Now I have her back but I still have these problems where if I hear a certain noise I go into a state of terror and everything around me gets distorted and I wanna run and hide. Even when shes gone she terrorizes me because of the nightmares and noises, three girls have left me because of the way she acts. I feel alone. What should I do? I know it sounds like im making this up im NOT or i wouldnt go to all this trouble, I just want answers because Im at the end of my rope and I feel like I wanna end it soon. I go to therapy but they wont help me, no meds for the panic attacks and night terrors that keep me up. This is a woman who punched my teeth out and then turned around and said "Im sorry mommy gets angry sometimes".
THE ISSUE: When shes up in my face I wanna lay her out and rip her flesh off, I run through SEVERAL different ways to kill her.
I took clonazipan and it worked but the therapist wont perscribe it to me! I need something before i hurt myself or **** her up,

Listen man you got a problem beyond my understanding I respect that you are telling about it and seeking help. First of all in terms of medications that could help with your nightmares and and scary thoughts, marijuana WILL help you! it has helped me in a lot of ways. Now how to deal with your mom just stand up to her and say whatever is on your mind, instead of letting her win and intimidate you, you intimidate her! you gotta tell it like it is and keep it real 24/7 straight up! never feel scared of your mother, NEVER! if you feel this way tell her straight up that she has made a huge mistake by mistreating you and you deserve better and until she cares for you like a real mother should just go to a friends house or ANYTHING to avoid her. NEVER feel hopeless, there is always hope. And don't trust the police, counselors, or anything, it is up to YOU to determine whats going to happen. The police dont care neither will anyone else except those nearest to you man. now it is up to you to determine what is going to happen.
Look, I like to take drugs to quickly fix my problems too, but the only real way to solve this is by confronting the problem. If you are being abused, you can contact child services. However, in this case, if you take drugs to solve the problem, it will only postpone it and it will come back worse.
Do not use illegal drugs instead of numbing you for a short time they can numb you for a long time e.g you may overdose and die. You are 18 and legally an adult and can leave home. You can live with some friends or other relatives or go to a shelter.
Ever thought to call the police?? Its abuse. And dont do drugs, take care of the situation. Oh and get a job, move out, contact your adopted dad.. just get away from that lady!

I don't know if drugs can fix a problem like this, I would try to see another therapist to see if you could get some of the pills you were talking about. I think that a good right hook to her face would also sorta put you back into control of your "power control" issue with you "mom". This might give you a thought of she is actually human and she can be hurt, if not it will make you feel better for a while. Idk of any illegal drugs that can provide you with the numbing feeling that you are searching for, but marijuana makes you really happy if that is what you are looking for.
