What do you mean by "look up"? See what room they are in? Find out what number to call that room?

The government passed these laws called HIPPA. Hospitals are legally obligated not to provide information about their patients to anyone whom the patient has not specifically given them permission. So, my guess would be no.

they don't put personall info like that on a site. You can call and ask how they are doing but they will not give you details.

You can't. That is illegal. In fact, you can't even call and ask about someone unless it is a family member.
