Do lymphatic massages actually help the immune system?!

Question: Do lymphatic massages actually help the immune system?
Answers:

Lymphatic drainage massage may provide temporary relief if the lymphatic system has been damaged (injury, disease). Otherwise its complete quackery. The human immune system not a single entity but an extremely complex series of interactions on many levels. It's made up of special cells, proteins, tissues, and organs; it's not something that can be simply 'helped' by massage. However, relaxing massage is always good and can contribute to your overall good health.

They are sometimes used as one aspect of physical therapy*, but not to help with the immune system, but rather to prevent tissue damage from swelling (say, as the result of an injury)

*Because it is used by physical therapists, it can be used in hospitals, and can be prescribed.... just saying ;)

No it doesn't, there is no method by which it could possibly have any effect. To the person wo said "yes" let's see some peer reviewed evidence rather than just base assertions that it's so - kook websites don't count.

If it did do useful things it would be used in hospitals the world over, it isn't is it.

No - the body is constructed in such a way, that in a normal person, the lymph flows at it is supposed to. You can say that just by walking a little around, you are massaging your lymphatics yourself - for free.

Yes, lymphatic massages just help the immune system.
