Researchers say that a slice of cool, fresh watermelon (so not just the rind!) has effects similar to Viagra — but don't necessarily expect it to keep the fireworks all night long. The effect it has on the body isn't specific to the penis but it has a sort of knock-on effect that can indeed help with ED problems!

Here's the scientific bit that explains how this works:

Watermelons contain an ingredient called citrulline that can trigger production of a compound that helps relax the body's blood vessels, similar to what happens when a man takes Viagra. Found in the flesh and rind of watermelons, citrulline reacts with the body's enzymes when consumed in large quantities and is changed into arginine, an amino acid that benefits the heart and the circulatory and immune systems. Arginine boosts nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels, the same basic effect that Viagra has, to treat erectile dysfunction and maybe even prevent it.

So, the burning question: How much watermelon does it take?

Unfortunately, the researchers do not yet know the answer to this and so they're hoping someone else will pick up the study where they've fallen short and be able to find a figure! What we do know for sure is that a typical 4-ounce serving of watermelon (about 10 watermelon balls) has about 150 milligrams of citrulline. But, unfortunately, we can't say how much citrulline is needed to have Viagra-like effects!

Therefore, we can't really say that watermelon or its rind is a cure for ED problems. All we can say is that may help some men to get erections.

Still, I reckon it might be worth a try! Watermelon may not be as organ-specific as Viagra, but it's a great way to relax blood vessels without any drug side effects.

My son says the Korean Ginsing that they sell at Wal-Mart will do the same thing. About $6 for nearly a hundred pills. He said that it worked extremely well. It wasn't the effect that he was trying for, it was just something that he discovered by accident when he was trying for a different effect. Anyway, he ended up uncomfortably hard for a lengthy period of time, and was afraid that it was never going to go away. I work in a pharmacy, so I talked to other men thereafter, and all reported that Korean Ginseng was helpful with ED.

If all of the above does not help take a look at Kamagra Oral Jelly. I personally have been purchasing Kamagra jel off reputable http://www.pompharmacy.com for the last 7 months! It is effective, reliable and gives me enough hardness for perfect intercourse. I have also experienced increased libido and stronger climaxes with this jel.
Hope this helps!

No food has ever been proven to work in clinical studies other than possibly providing a placebo effect.

But according to this article:

http://socyberty.com/sexuality/low-t-or-…

there is a supplement called Ghinko that improves blood flow to the male organ which is basically what Viagra does. Viagra doesn't "give you a stiffy" it increases blood flow "permitting a stiffy to happen more easily".

It might be worth reading the entire piece as there are other things you can incorporate into your lifestyle that will help you man up when conditrions dictate it's necessary.

None.

Sildenafil citrate (Viagra?) works by inhibiting phosphodiesterase-5. No food substance is able to do that with the same level of predictability and/or precision.

Oysters, but only around 10 out of every dozen will work. That's my experience at least.
