has anyone had the same side effects from 30mg of vyvance?!

yes it is a normal side effect, especially at first. this can happen with any stimulant medication like vyvance. I take adderall, my son takes vyvance. Your blood pressure is probably getting a little elavated when that time released boost kicks in. it usually takes a little while for your body to get used to it. don't ignore the side effect all together, if it gets worse call your doctor and let him know. If it doesn't get worse or slacks off within the next few weeks, I would just mention it at your next check up. he probably wants to follow up in 30 days since you just started this medication anyway. ;) I have been going through this with these meds for the past 15 years, mine and my sons. I have combined ADHD he was diagnosed as severe to extreme at age 4. he is 15 and takes 40 mg of vyvance everyday and he used to take 60mg for a little while. :\ all meds will have their side effects, try to give each a chance. they all take some getting used to.
