Question: I took Fenugreek and I'm a guy?

Ok, I took it and I got it thinking that it was just herbs to help you. I took two capsules and then I looked on google and was reading and they was talking about breast enhancement and increasing milk for women. I felt like I was going to throw up. Since I took two capusles, will any changes be occurring or do I have to keep talking them for that to happen. I had no idea.
