Musical "highs" aren't triggered by binaural beats or isometric tones. They come from melodic progressions, vocal/instrumental backing and percussion arrangements you intrinsically enjoy hearing. The brain releases a little dopamine hit in response, and you thus figure out which music/songs are your favorite.
Software called I-Doser uses binaural beats to try and get you high or change how you think. Lots of people say they get high from it, and I've seen friends who have, but it hasn't really worked for me.
If you download I-Doser and get some dose files for it (.drg files), you can get a program called drg2mp3 then convert them to mp3 files to play on your android phone.
You can also use Isochronic tones. A lot of people say they work better.
