What can you tell me about the medication Abilify?!
Question: What can you tell me about the medication Abilify?
I researched it quite a bit. But i want to hear opinions, some more about side affects, and anything else you want to say about it. I like learning and i want to learn anything you could tell me about it.

I know I am lucky for this but I really haven't noticed any side effects. Abilify has been great in that for me it creates a kind of peace of mind by eliminating the aberrant thoughts and whatnot. I stop talking to myself so much, it helps me get out of my head so to speak... Was prescribed Abilify for depression and bi polar. Have been taking it for 3 years now. I didn't like being on Abilify. It gave me terrible restlessness, that even counteracting medications couldn't control. So I went off the drug and switched to something else and am doing much better.
Celexa I've never taken so I can't comment about that.
Trazadone I've tried for sleep and it didn't work for me so I never continued taking it. (I was up to 300mg per night before stopping).
Get off of it!!!!! My wife has been on it and the side effects can be short term memory loss, hallucinations, trembling, weight loss, and muscle motor loss. These side effects can be permanent even if you wean off of it.
