NONE. All cold medications are designed to "Relieve symptoms" and they STOP the normal immune system from working to help you get well. Yes, you may feel better, but you extend the time it takes for the body to heal and in many cases it damages the body by allowing germs to get a good grip on your body.

If you give your body what it needs, a cold should only last about 2 days. In fact, if you first start feeling like you are getting a cold, taking things like nucleotides made from yeast will knock it out within hours and you won't get the cold. A fever is designed to kill germs. At 102 degrees, your body is killing the bacteria and at about 103 degrees, your body is killing the viruses. We have become indoctrinated by drug companies to believe relieving a symptom is helping us, but in actuality it is damaging our body.

good luck to you

Treat the symptoms-

Runny Nose: OTC antihistamine; loratadine is the least-sedating, and is sold under the trade name Claritin?.

Stuffy Nose: Sudafed PE? (phenylephrine) is an OTC decongestant which can be purchased without having to fill out seventeen pages of nonsense.

Sore Throat: Whatever feels good (ice cream, lozenges, etc.).

High Temp / Fever: Tylenol? (acetaminophen).

As you've probably already guessed, none of this stuff (or any cold medicine, for that matter) "inhibits" or otherwise interferes with the immune system. Further, "nucleotides" don't do a thing for colds. :-)

Advil Cold & Sinus - clears up congestion/ runny nose fast, and helps rid a sore throat. It's the best!

It depends how old u r. If u r older than 12 then take one 400mg advil. U can get it at cvs for like $15. It will help
