Parsley for menstruation?!

Question: Parsley for menstruation?
So I want to have my period now, and I think I'm about due for it except its been a stressful...month?
I don't know.
Anyways, I know that parsley tea is supposed to be good, but what if I have parsley juice? Because I have a juicer, so if I stick some parsley in there, I'm going to get straight juice from the parsley.

Is that more effective or less effective or what? Should I just stick with the tea?

Because last time I tried it with tea, it didn't work, but I guess that's because I wasn't ready yet.

I am afraid parsley has no real effect on periods.

GP for more years than I care to remember

Parsley is packed with iron and vitamin C but has no effect on menstruation. You need to look at reducing your stress levels. Juicing is OK but removes vital fiber. All foods should be eaten natural otherwise why do they grow this way? Juicing can deliver an overdose to our bodies and this is not good.

Parsley tea is great for a lot of things like rheumatism, arthritis, flatulence.

No evidence on its or parsley juice's ability to induce menstruation though.

People in the middle east eat parsely nearly everyday, and it doesn't help them either....
