I haven't read any of your other posts but i am sure this is one from someone under pressure to eat that puts themselves under pressure not to because of body image problems.

You don't need to loose weight, you need to learn to be comfortable with the shape you are.
You aren't going to fool anyone if you pretend to eat including yourself. Those around you that love you may look the other way but they weren't born yesterday and they will know what is going on.

In other words, you want to lose weight, but don't want anyone to know?

Is it because you already have an eating disorder, or because you don't want to tell folks you are on a diet, because you have failed at it in the past?

As a matter of fact . . looking at your posts . . you already have psychological problems and are seeing a professional, as well as have some physical self abuse issues. . . you need to quit hiding and be honest. All you are doing here is looking for unwitting servants to dish up different ways to lie and hide. Your mind is not your friend right now.



there are two ways I know to lose weight one is the drink a cup of spiru-tean protien mix every morning, it gives your body everything to get your metabolism up to par, and also gets rid of water weight and retention, the other is to eat only God food, if man messed with it, don't eat it, including hydrogenated oils that don't have to be refrigerated, margerine, and pasturized process cheese food, white or wheat bread, it needs to be 100% stone ground whole wheat bread, whole wheat macaroni...all natural things, then you can eat whatever you want and your weight will go to normal and stay there. My cat has bad teeth, so I chew his meat, and then take it out of my mouth, and give it to him, lol, sounds gross, but I have teeth, he doesn't and it seems to satisfy me as if I ate the food myself, so you might try this as in answer to your question. My girlfriend weighed 260 pounds did the spiritu-lean and nothing else, ate junk food, didn't exercise, and didn't lose weight but went down 7 pants sizes, my other friend weight 360 pounds, her ankle of her pants fit around my waist, she did the God food diet, ate as much as she wanted and got down to normal weight. Your body needs all nutrients to run you metabolism properly, also expeller/cold pressed oils are great, they contain essential fatty acids, that are not destroyed by heat, must be kept refrigerated, and if they get to taste funny, they went rancid throw them away, I keep it in the refrigerator and get it cold before I open it, make sure it has a proper seal on it, and you can take 3 tablespoons a day, it is the very last think you would think would reduce your weight, but it does.



You do realise that won't work? Losing weight won't be easy. And you won't keep it off my not eating. Exercise and a healthy diet really are the only things that work if you want a long term solution. Proportions are essential, and varied exercise.

If you don't eat for a while when you do eat your stomach will stretch. Therefore you put more weight on. Weird but true.

Don't. Exercising is better even if it takes longer.
