Sounds like you have strep throat which is an infection. Let it clear up naturally so your body build up immunity to it. The main thing to resisting sickness is to wash your hands, whenever you come home and do not put your hands in your mouth. Gargle with warm water and salt. Also drink natural pineapple juice or the real fruit and/or from a can as this fruit has been proven to kill the strep throat virus. Eat well and look after yourself. Stop all the vicks, mints and medications as these mess up your immune system. Take care

Put on a warm neckscarf and keep your throat warm. The rice packs you put in the mircrowave are great too, don't make them too hot, but put it under your throat and breathe the steam from it..if you don't have one simply put some rice in a sock, tie it and use that. Always do this a the first sign of a sore throat, it will stop it in its tracks.

I get really bad soar throats in the summer...I throw up get fevers....u have to go to the doc u need anti-bodies...nothing else works but as soon as u get them they work so well....believe me I get them so bad it hurts when I talk or even turn my head to the side...can u imagine how it is to swallow?
