Psycho is correct. Homeopathy doesn't perform better than placebo's in quality trials and lacks any plausibility to begin with.

there is no cure for glaucoma and once the damage has been done it has been done.
the only thing you can do now is MANAGE the glaucoma.
you do this through eye drops for the most part and depending on the person it could be manage through a couple different types of surgery. one type is "killing" some of the cells that create the fluid. the other is by placing a tiny tube in the eye to help drain the fluid properly.
i'm 24 and i've had glaucoma since i was 11. i'm blind in my left eye and have poor vision in my right eye. i use cosopt eye drops in my right eye and had the tube surgery in my left eye.
Out of all the "alternative" treatments out there (herbalism, vibrational therapy, reiki), homeopathy is the LEAST plausible.
