Beano. It's cheap, natural and in your local pharmacy.

Gas comes from eating foods in the wrong order and mixing liquid in with your food.

For example, don't eat fruit after meat- meat takes a long time to break down, and meanwhile the fruit is sitting behind it in the queue, slowly rotting and releasing gas.

Also you can try chewing your food better?

There's lots of rules about this sort of thing, look it up on the net if you're interested- as you're asking about a man-made solution to it, I won't bother going into more detail here in case you don't care.

My mom swears by Phazyme. I've never tried it because I have never had a big problem in this area, but she acts like it's a miracle drug and is always trying to give it to us. (We'd rather just fart.) You can find it (or the generic version of it) in pretty much any store in the pharmacy section. Way better than Beano because you can take it after you start having gas. Beano you have to take before you have the gas, which sucks because how do you know you're going to have gas?
