I need a quick remedy?!


Question: I need a quick remedy?
I think I'm having a small depression or something , it's may be just stress, I had a lot of bad surprises and blows in my life recently and I really don't have much time to seek professional aid now! I have exams in less than 15 days and some of my "depression" symptoms are lack of concentration, memory loss and I just cannot focus on the task more than few hours!!!!
any recommendations??

talk with your friends, share them your problems to release those "bad surprises and blows" off from your system.


if that doesnt work, maybe you can fix your study habit?
every 1 hour you study, go on a break for 30 minutes? if your gonna say your wasting time, imagine your already stressed out after 1 hour, the next hour you'll spend studying in that condition wont be fruitful (in simple term, after your stressed from an x hour of study, the rest wont go to your head)



going through the same thing! what ive been doing is taking hot baths and relaxing. and i wear a heat rap kind of thing (don't know what its called) and that helps with the stress that's usually effects my neck and back. You can drink tea. Like green tea helps and I tried this other tea. Its called Yogi tea Calming that helped even though the smell wasn't appealing to me, it didn't taste bad. Also I think threes a stress relieving tea from Yogi. You can find this at Meijer and I think Target. Near the pharmacy section.
