Whenever you're looking at "workout supplements", there are a few main categories that you can get benefits from. The main thing to help with workouts is protein... any type of protein will be good. It doesn't matter if it's any specific brand of Whey or Soy protein or a lean cut of steak or chicken... any protein is what's needed to build muscles. Biologically speaking, when you exercise, your muscles are broken down and your body needs protein in order to rebuild them... if you don't have enough protein, your muscles will take longer to heal and your workouts won't be as productive in the long run.
I wanted to point that out because it doesn't need to be the most expensive protein powder out there (as some charge up the wazoo for simple whey protein isolate).

With all that being said, there are a few categories of workout supplements. L-Arginine is a great option because it's a simple Amino Acid (a building block of proteins) that helps circulation so it helps in the warm up and helps to prevent Lactic Acid from building up (that build-up is why the muscles hurt), plus it's almost impossible to overdose on it... you'll have explosive diarrhea first if you even tried. ;-)

There's another category for energy products... Ribose, L-Carnitine, and Creatine are major players there. Any simple sugars (even honey, syrup, or table sugar) can give you a quick boost, but it's followed by a quick crash... Ribose and Creatine help more for sustained energy to keep the workout going. L-Carnitine is an Amino Acid that helps your body convert fat into energy so many people use it for exercise and/or weight loss.

You may choose a few of these for various reasons or you may opt for none of them... that's an individual choice. I'm not a body builder so I don't use these every day (I do exercise on a regular basis, though), but I make sure I have some protein source after I work out and I take some L-Arginine if I have an extra intense workout or if I feel I'm going to be sore the next day. Good luck and I hope I helped!

Hello,
Well honestly bulldozer xl 5000 been popular over here in Ca, it’s a pre work out and intra workout formula. I been taking it and love the result that I been getting. it’s very potent and it increases muscle strength and size, it also increases mental focus, it’s also 5 products in one it has your nitric oxide, and bcaa, glutamine, creatine, bta alnine, and more. so you are saving money in buying one products that has it all, I been taking bulldozer xl 5000 for over a year now, and the result are awesome, I love the great pump, and extra energy that I been having and what I love is I didn’t get the after crash that you usually get form other products. it also improves stamina endurance and speed recovery time. You can go to their web site for more info

Muscle Marinade from Purus Labs. My friends and I included have tried all pre workouts and nothing has measured up to how Muscle Marinade works. It gets 10s all accross the board on focus and such. It even gets me feeling a high when i work out which causes me to focus even harder. My friends are huge and work out ever day literally and suggested it to me, it for sure works. Read up some forums on it, but watch out there are some negative fasle forums out there by competitors but they have been proven to be false and called out by Purus Labs. Doesnt taste all that great but way worth it
