Is there a herbal remedy for gallstones?!

Question: Is there a herbal remedy for gallstones?
Answers:

Hydrangea can be beneficial to ease the pain while passing KIDNEY stones. No significant impact on gallstones, though.

Studies are showing that peppermint oil can be very effective at dissolving gall stones. And regular intake of olive oil can also help dissolve stones (provided they're small in size) - typically about 2 tbsp/day is sufficient.

Topical application of castor oil can help manage and prevent pain of attacks by relieving inflammation and irritation of the local tissues. Rub it on your skin over the bottom 5" of your ribs on your right side (and over the area just below the ribs too.) Put an old cloth that you dont mind getting stained over the oil. Place a hot water bottle (or hot "wheat pack") over top and relax for 30 - 40 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please use EXTREME CAUTION when self-treating for gallstones. This is one condition that can be made MUCH worse if you dont know precisely what you're doing. ie: Lodge a stone in the common bile duct, major spasm and intense pain, surgery needed to resolve. If you'd like to know whether you're a good candidate for "natural" treatment of the condition, consider an appointment with a qualified Naturopathic Doctor? :)

Try chionanthus virginicus tincture to dissolve them.
You will probably have to get a heatlh food store to try to order it for you. Otherwise see a professional Homeopath. There are a variety of remedies available but the "right" one has to be chosen based on your symptoms, not someone elses. It's not one size fits all.

Hydrangea root tincture may work; but there are no guarantees. You may have a somatic condition that requires surgery.

A tip. Bile, made by the gall bladder, is used in your stomach to break down animal fats. Simply reducing the quantity of meat (particularly red meat) that you eat will significantly reduce the pain that gall-stones cause.

Been there.

No, there is not. You need to either dissolve or pass them "naturally".
