Not really. It is typically prescribed for anxiety and allergies. I have some for anxiety and the prescription is a 50mg capsule, I can take as many as 5 a day and it doesn't have any 'high'. If I don't take any for awhile, it sometimes makes me a little sleepy, but less so than a Benadryl.
