I am medicated but any suggestion helps lol

Omega 3 fats especially DHA is a supplement that is needed by the brain and yet hard to come by in the diet unless you are eating a lot of fish. You could try eating healthier foods and exercising more to see if that helps at all. Green tea is easy to find and it would be easy to incorporate into your day. Eating more fish would be another easy way to get some much needed nutrients, but it may be cheaper to go the supplement route. 5-HTP is a mood enhancer that is psychoactive and causes hyperactivity. But depending on how your body works it very well could work.

I would suggest smoking some marijauna, it will calm you down and give an overall mindset of bieng content with whatever is going on. Its harmless to smoke it when on other medications contrary to popular belief. Weeds harmless period, the only reason why people shun it is because the Govt is saying crap thats not even true about it and ppl who dont bother to research it themselves just listen to what theyre told because theyre drones. Its totally safe and is only illegal cause they cant tax a plant we can grow in our backyard.

Youll be chill, calmed, and totally content with anything that happens. Brush your teeth wash your hands and some eye drops and you now have zero chance to be paranoid cause you smoked away the proof and just sit back and enjoy
