Question: Is it bad to mix these medications?
I have UTI, and I started my treatment on Monday. I have to take Septra for my antibiotic and something else, I don't remember what it's called but it's a small brown, circular shaped pill that makes my pee a bright orange. The pharmacist told me it was for my symptoms such as the burning and irritation related to the UTI.
Also, i'm on my period so I have some bad cramps right now. Is it safe for me to take Tylenol?

You can call the pharmarcy and ask--I don't thinik it's safe to put Tylenol on top of the other medications.
You can prevent UTI by eating a handful of dried cranberries daily or by drinking a glass of cranberry juice daily......
Tylenol is fine to take with Septra and Pyridium.
