Clinical Neurophysiology?!

Question: Clinical Neurophysiology?
I'm in the process of trying to find a new career path. Something in the health care science direction. I came across clinical neurophysiology on some UK websites and it sounds really interesting but im having a really hard time finding information on this on US websites. Is it called something else here? and does anyone know where i could find more info?

I'm not sure what this has to do with Alternative Medicine, but the reason you can't find it on U.S. sites is that the title doesn't exist in the U.S. According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinical_Ne… "In some countries [Clinical neurophysiology] is a part of neurology or psychiatry, for example the United States [1] and Germany. In others it is an autonomous speciality, such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden and Norway."

In other words, it's a blend of two schools of medicine that are put together in some countries, but not in the U.S. (or Germany). It lists a citation for this at http://www.abpn.com/cnp.htm that you can look at for information in the U.S. If nothing else, you could always go for Neurology or Psychiatry if you'd like to get into a similar field in the U.S., but otherwise, you'd have to go to another country where they have the program. Good luck and I hope I helped!
