It's not the brand, but how it is processed that makes green tea a good one or not. Also, it is how you brew it.
For instance, the chinese green tea gets harvested and is not allowed to wilt. It is steamed to preserve the nutrients. So depending on that you have to realize that the less a tea leaf is processed, the MORE nutrients it will retain: therefore, the very best green tea is called Silver Needles. It is the leaves that are still extremely young that get harvested and to put it in a nutsell: all they do is dry those very young leaves-=--that tea is actually called a white tea. Nevertheless, it is green tea==very mellow flavor. The next tea that is a green tea is called White Peony. There the leaves are also very young when harvested--this one is also not being processed and it's a very good green tea(I love it).
According to an ezine article which I read not too long ago, Chinese green loose leaf tea beats Lipton by having 127% of the nutrients compared to Lipton with having 44%---that's because of the processing Lipton puts their tea through.
Green tea has a lot of phytophenols which can be easily destroyed during the processing---that's why the tea that is the least processed is the better one. Just ask for White Peony or Silver Needles and you got the 2 best green teas there are.....

Finally someone else who likes green tea, thats all i drink all day, i actually just finished one right now, i just switched green tea brands to lipton green tea and it taste great

Lipton Green Tea
