What's the best way to deal with depression and concentration problems?!

Question: What's the best way to deal with depression and concentration problems?
I've been having these problems lately and tried Adderall, It made me happy and able to concentrate better in school. I know drugs are bad and it's better to figure things out on your own and with help from others but what's the best drug to help with these problems? Smoking weed is healthier but I'm not looking to be high, just happy and concentrated. I saw my doctor and am seeing a counselor soon so I just want to know what's the best thing to do if the counseling fails and my problems don't go away.

The best way is to understand the physiology of depression and treat the underlying problem.

Depression is a health problem known as an autonomic neuropathy - the cause of most common health problems. It involves over-active neurons (nerve cells) that regulate automatic body functions including brain chemistry and that regulates emotions and attention span. When those neurons become over-active, they send too many signals and a health problem occurs. Those health problems can affect the mind.

Depression means sadness is exaggerated by exaggerated neuron signals. To stop depression or minimize it, the neurons must be sedated (calmed). That's what your meds do. A natural way to do that is to avoid whatever it is that causes neurons to become over-active in the first place. Avoid toxins. That's because toxins are harsh neuron stimulants. Therefor that's your treatment.

Toxins are in what we eat, breath, and inhale. Once you start avoiding them, you sedate neurons, your drugs should work better, or you may not need them at all. Drugs contain toxins that can cause additional health problems immediately or later on.

Toxins are found in non-organic food, processed foods, all milk except organic whole milk (the rest are processed), all non-organic non-food products, and especially scented products. You can teat your condition by simply avoiding scented things. Right away wash your bedding and pillows in unscented detergent, rinse twice, always avoid fabric softener, then start washing your shirts since they are closest too your nose/brain.

You want to keep the scented products far away from your brain. I would also suggest immediately drinking only organic whole milk, if you drink milk. Milk caused me depression. Only organic whole does not. Milk / dairy is in many non-organic processed foods, including cured meats (lactic acid). For more info on making your life more chemically neutral online read about chemical sensitivity syndrome aka MCS. And watch the youtube video below. It's a TV program on this subject.

Be careful with therapy. It can turn people against their own family unnecessarily. That's cruel and wrong and can hurt you in the long run. Don't let it do that to you. It can blame depression on parents. Depression is not caused by people. It's triggered by peopl/events. It's a physiology problem. Good luck.

Additional Info: essential oils are a very good treatment. They are made by Young Living. Also a good choice are products (organic) made by Newton Labs (see address below). They are herbal tonics. I use them too, but they require an organic diet.

The best way to deal with depression and concentration problems that I have found and have great succes with are therapeutic-grade essential oils. Here is my own depression story. I used the blend Joy for depression. For concentration problems use peppermint and lemon. They are proven in clinical studies to improve memory and recollection by tests by 40%. Brain Power is another excellent oil blend for concentration.
