My career is going down the drain! :'(?!

Question: My career is going down the drain! :'(?
Hello. I am a Year 12 student. I am going thorugh a very hard stage. I really am passionate and have started taking interest in Medicine field and would really want to go further and qualify an MBBS degree in such field. But i am having few big obstacles that are blocking my journey. Firstly, after having searched and looked into the requirements on universities. I have found it is required that i have atleast 3 sciences as my alevel subjects : Physics, Biology and Chemistry and they want a decent AAAB in physics, chemistry , biology, maths and english GCSE as well. i have got my B's in maths and english but i got C and a D in science core and additional, I am thinking of working on it so that i can reatake and push my grade up but i dont know if its worth it or do universities not really look at GCSE grades as much. Also i am doing applied science because that is the only science my school has to offer and i pretty much doubt the other schools wouldnt of let me do chemistry/biology/physics alevel due to my C and a D in science GCSE. And i know for a fact that applied science isnt something university would let me do in order to do science. So i am really worried what i should do now as i going short of time?

You can take a year or two out to study and boost your grades so you meet university entry requirements.

Going into uni a year or two later is really no big deal.

Talk to a counselor or academic advisor at the university. Tell them what you want to do, where your grades are now and what they advise you to do to reach your goals. Sometimes universities will let students in on "probation" or make them take certain prerequisite classes until they qualify to take those needed for their major.
You won't know what you need to do for sure until you talk to someone at the university.

you should go to doctors immediately.
