does phosphatidylserine lower or regulate cortisol?!

Question: Does phosphatidylserine lower or regulate cortisol?
I'm thinking about taking phosphatidylserine, and wanted to know, does this substance lower cortisol levels or regulate them, as in it has a lowering effect because it brings cortisol back down to the level that it should be at?

It looks like there is some evidence for it lowering cortisol levels in relation to exercise, yes:

But as to whether it could bring it back to within the normal range well what is the normal range....that would depend on many factors. The adaptogens are said to control cortisol levels. Perhaps you could try phosphatidylserine in conjunction with one of the adaptogens......Gotu kola, Ashwaghanda, Siberian ginseng or Rhodiola rosacea for instance.

However, if you are on any prescribed medications and/or have any medical condition then you need to talk to your doctor or pharmacist first before taking any supplements to be on the safe side. Some herbs/other supplements interact with some drugs. And also, some herbs/supplements may be harmful with certain medical conditions.

Best wishes.
