I wanted to know is there any college or university that has a free online classes for students that arent able to pay or apply for financial ad i was wondering is there any way to uptain a degree or certificate if your not capable or able to pay or apply for financial ad?

As I know, this site has top listing of such college courses online - schools.iblogger.org
apply to the colleges for a grant or scholarship. God doesn't have anything to do with it, you need to write to them not god or Y!A. You might find there are some god-botherers who will give grants out to people who are in hardship, so you could apply to them too.
Don't know call some of the colleges or email them with this questions. you never know maybe something is out their for you
