Yes. Bible paper will work, Used it once but had a bunch of herbs in it. You can also use reciept paper. I agree with the other comment that an apple is the best. Simply stick a pen in the side of an apple to make the mouth piece, then take out the inside of the pen (the part that hold the ink) and poke a hole in the top part where the stem is (remeber to pull the stem out first) and you have a perfect pipe thats not un healthy as a coke can or foil. If you wanna role one, yes bible paper will work.
Beer can, coke can, or my personal favorite apple. Simple to make a homeade pipe of of an apple.
bible paper has worked for me.
It burns a little faster though.
