First enema solution will come out and then poop.
You might feel that not all solution is out but thats ok cos the rest will come out later on.

Both of the above. Some of the solution will be absorbed by the feces, but most will be flushed out in a gush of liquid. Both actions will help to facilitate the Bawl movement.

Suppositories are a much easier, and less messy way to achieve the same basic result.
