Question: Does nyquil help you sleep better?
Will it help you sleep or does it just make you more tired?
Answers:
It wont make you sleep better but it will help you get to sleep faster. It is based on a narcotic (legal of course) and many narcotics are "downers" which help you calm down.
It helps you sleep, but only take it if you're really sick and can't sleep because of it.
