Question: Want 2 increase height . can anybody suggest me?
Hi guys im 25 yr old. my height is 4.9 inches. but my husband is around 6. one day i saw yoko height increaser chapples in TV. i wn2 know if i'll buy this so can i increase my height becos im 25yr old. if no so pls suggest me how can i increase my height through natural way. pls suggest me. dont make fun

I'm not familiar with the product you mentioned, but I tend to be rather skeptical about most of that kind of stuff on TV.

I don't think growth suddenly stops on everyone's 23rd birthday. It slows down over a period of years and varies from one person to another. So there might be some possibility of further growth, but it's difficult to say how much possibility and how much growth. If there IS any possibility of further growth, I think the most effective way to stimulate it is probably through anaerobic exercise. The reason is that anaerobic exercise causes the muscles to release lactic acid into the bloodstream. When the pituitary gland detects the lactic acid, it releases Human Growth Hormone in response. Even if it doesn't make you taller, it will at least make you healthier, so I'd recommend it. And who knows, it might make you taller too.

Here is the anaerobic exercise protocol I use, and find very effective for improving general health. It didn't make me taller, but I'm 56, so that explains that. It definitely gave me more energy, less fat and more muscle. For best results take GABA, Arginine and Vitamins K and B6 before doing anaerobics, and have a whey protein drink immediately after, or both before and after. If you do any other exercises as well (calisthenics, etc.) a good time to do them is within two hours after anaerobics.

The best time to do it is in the morning, before the first meal. Avoid sugar until at least two hours later.

If that doesn't work, try giving your husband a very hot bath; maybe he'll shrink.

No, anything that would work would also be very bad for you. And anything you see advertised is a scam.
Wearing taller shoes is also bad for you, but I'm sure you do it anyway.
