Explosive diarrhea after taking Multi-Vitamin tablet?!

There's one of three possibilities... you're either allergic to or really sensitive to something in the multiple, it was something else you ate around the same time (eg. too much fiber or something else you're allergic to), or you just happen to catch something around the same time that gave you diarrhea.

The best way to narrow down possibilities would be to not take the multiple for a few days and think about if you had anything unusual to eat yesterday. If you didn't eat anything weird and the diarrhea goes away within a few days, try taking the multiple at least 3-4 days after your last instance of loose stools and see if you get loose stools again.
If you get it again after taking the multiple, don't take it again as you're likely allergic or sensitive to something in it. It may be high in Magnesium (which is rare, but can cause loose stools in high doses), fiber (also rare), or some other base nutrient that you're allergic to. Good luck and I hope I helped!
