How do you spread the dangers of dairy consumption?!

Question: How do you spread the dangers of dairy consumption?
Answers:

Do you mean, how do you tell others of the dangers of dairy consumption?
With that, it will be hard. You'll be fighting years and years of incorrect/incomplete information. Our society has always consumed dairy products, and while they are "edible" and have some good qualities, like vitamin D and calcium, dairy consumption is not all it's cracked up to be. It's proven than all humans have at least a minor lactose intolerance. It can cause allergy problems, excessive mucous, obesity, heart problems, cannot be digested properly which causes colon problems, and so much more. My mom was diagnosed with colon cancer, and through her recovery, her doctor has told her to severely limit, if not cut out, dairy products (among other things).
However, due to all the years of mis-information, setting the record straight will be pretty tough.

You blog about it, you set up websites about the dangers of the consumption of certain foods (not dairy alone). You get friend s/ family/ colleagues/ internet buds to join you.
Set of Facebook Groups. Join, create and participate in discussions. You pull out all stops and make sure that by consuming dairy from main stream cows will cause major issues due to the amount of hormones that are packed into those poor beast.

As what the first answerer said, it's hard to change decades of falsified information but remember something.
You may not be able to change all the people in the world but you can change the world for someone.

Or something like that.
My examples of how I spread the info are below.

What dangers?

Beyond massive amounts of smelly gas, milk is not really a dangerous product to consume.

What dangers exactly?

What dangers specifically?
