all natural FLUSH / DETOX?!


Question: All natural FLUSH / DETOX?
So bare with me as i explain a little bit before i ask the initial question.
today i was watching the tyra show and it was where they took 3 women a smoker , tanner , drinker. and showed them the future faces if they kept abusing their bodies.

i really want to stop drinking soda and leave the junk foods alone

im a vegetarian going on my 3rd year so i don't think i lack self control or commitment

im healthy but i just want to give even more health to myself

i want to kick the cravings and such to the curb with a good move by flushing the toxins out of my body that i brought in with the sodas and chips and sweets... and my...secret lover...chocolate <3

so what are some all natural ways to detox/flush my body

ive already got down the whole drinking alot of water and green tea method but i really want to take it up a notch or two what are some other ways to achieve my goal?

P.S I AM NOT LOOKING TO LOOSE WEIGHT , im at a healthy weight for my stats

You don't need to do anything special. Your body detoxes itself via the liver, kidneys, digestive tract, etc. No detox or flush is based on anything scientific. It's all hype with no substance, really.

Yes, drinking water and green tea is EXCELLENT.
I'd prepare first, have contacts with someone beforehand, and know your doctor's number just incase.
But, if done properly you'll be fine.

There are a few you could do, and if you feel you'd like to do it regularly, try doing a detox once a month, and for three days in a row:
- Colonics/enemas (mind, you'd be better off doing this combined with any cleanse/detox, to fully flush all toxins out)
- Green juices/smoothies (blend green vegetables and water, and drink periodically throughout the day, and consuming no food)
- Drink water with honey all day, again- periodically, when you feel you're low on energy, say
- Eat fruit and vegetables and water and herbal teas all day, periodically
- as a rule of thumb, you should be drinking 1 and a 1/2 litres of water a day, to constantly flush toxins from your body.


Once you've completed your detox:
- Scrap artificial sweeteners from your diet COMPLETELY. Only consume honey
- Once you've completed the detox, gently get back onto a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water and slowly get back into carbs, meat and fish
- To completely detoxify the water that enters/comes into contact to your body, buy a full water filter and ioniser for your shower, sink, and any water system in your house- obviously forgetting the toilet!
- Eat only organic food, pure and natural, unprocessed food as you won't be getting pesticides and harmful chemicals into your body.
- Reduce the amount of carbs you consume- preferably only eat brown rice and wholemeal bread (though if you want to still eat other carbs, make sure they're wholegrain)
- Cut fizzy drinks from your diet COMPLETELY too
- Make your food from scratch as much as possible to know what's going in your food
