Would you believe that?!

Question: Would you believe that?
Contrary to popular belief, sugar doesn't make kids hyper?

Answers:

I do believe that. Actually, it's the many additives in sugary, processed foods that have been linked to hyperactivity. I've had plenty of kids eat cookies or brownies at lunch and conk out the second they lay down on their cots. It's also mental. Sugary treats are treats. Kids get excited on cupcake day so they get worked up.

Sugar can cause hyperactivity, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and crankiness in children.
