Disinformation caused weird stuff to happen to me.?!

Question: Disinformation caused weird stuff to happen to me.?
I heard 3 pieces of disinformation and odd things happened to me. I found out a friend had a complicated seizure that lasted for more then three hrs. He almost died. This was quite surprising to me as I was suppose to meet with that friend of mine that day. My friend texted me and told me he could not meet because he almost died and was in the hospital Next I discovered that my best friend's boyfriend chocked her. Lastly my other friend passed out at work. She was taken to the hospital and they think she may have had issues with her brain. Anyway all my friends told me this in the span of one hr. This was not good for me. I had to go get board games from my friend. I was getting the games for a game night I was hosting at my university. Anyway all this weird stuff happened to me.

A. My university has bands play music at our school. A band I enjoy was playing but as I walked to the bus I had to walk near the band and the music sounded very loud and overwhelming.
B. I had a very hard time paying attention and felt sort of out of it, like I was in a haze of fog.
C. I was very silent and normally I am not silent. My friend who I was meeting to get the games form thought I had lost my voice. She told me I was acting very very abnormally.
D. I got confused on the bus. I know I have to swipe my card to pay for the bus but I forgot that I had to do this and had to be told how to do it.
E. I felt tired, so I went to bed and slept. I was awaken by the phone and when I woke up I wished that all the disinformation was fake but it was not.

This happened a month ago. My energy coach is out of town and so I cannot ask him what happened to me.

My friend who had the seizure is doing a ton better now. He is job hunting, and exercising on a new bike. My other friend who passed out does not have brain issues. She is doing really well enrolled in nursing classes. My abused best friend is still with her boyfriend. I now ask two questions.

1. How do I help my friend get out of her relationship with her boyfriend?
2. Why did I react so oddly to all this disinformation? I have reacted in normal ways to other disinformation but never have I had so much disinformation at one time.

Question 1. I was raised in an abusive home. Unless you can convince her to leave for her safety it probably won't happen. It usually takes a significant event in an abused persons relationship (i.e. going to the hospital for serious injuries) before they will leave, and even then many rationalize that they somehow deserved it or they become afraid to leave because the abuser has threatened them about doing so. Many women will simply jump from one abusive relationship to another because they have a lack of self esteem or were raised or have come to believe being beaten is acceptable.

Question 2. Stress from situations like that explain all your issues you described. Many people, when they are super stressed, will have a reaction that will cause their body to feel like shutting down. It is stress hormones affecting the brain and body. I knew guys that would get like that when we were on a plane getting ready to make a jump. They would yawn and get tired and a little disoriented on the ride to the LZ. It is natural.

Just a thought about your wording. When you say "disinformation" it should mean that some one has lied to you in an attempt to make you not see the truth. Disinformation is what governments use to try to make people believe something that is not true. You have used it as bad or disheartening information. It made your post confusing initially.

Finally, what is an "energy coach"? Does this guy have some sort of degree or certification from an accrediting agency? I'm not talking about a piece of paper that says he has "aquired certification in using energy stones". Is he a former student of the Dhali Lama at least? You would be better off spending money on consultations with a registered dietician (not a nutritionist; there is a huge difference).
