THC out of your system?!

Question: THC out of your system?
I know i've seen this all over the internet and people always talk about the "factors", i smoked weed 4 - 6 days a week ever since late december 2009 until january 21, 2011

So here are mines
Age:16
Height:5'3
Weight:120
BMI: 21.3

so far i've been clean for 20 days. some exercise in the first few days of being clean but not so much now. so can i get a realistic estimate of how long it will take? and i don't have to be clean by a certain time, the thc levels just have to go down every week.

Answers:

Exercise and diet do not eliminate THC from your system. The only way to get THC out of your system is time. About 30-40 days will be the amount of time needed for all of it to get out of your system.

If you REALLY want to get the THC out of your system, there are products such as the "Niacin Flush", which force the THC out of your system. This is not healthy, though, and can be dangerous.

Just keep up your non-smoking, and you will start to feel healthier and better very soon!

just dont smoke it anymore and you'll be fine.

no one can no for sure when you'll be clean, depends how well your body functions, your metabolism, how much water you're drinking, how far you run. things like that enable quicker burning of the thc in your fat tissues

You're most likely clean right now. THC stores in your fat cells, and with your weight being 120, you probably don't have very many of those. Just drink plenty of water & cranberry juice, and you should be good.

ur cool
